Sgt Patrick Mannix, an undercover IRA agent was stationed here.
He obtained the names and addresses of all the senior English secret service
men sent from England, and gave them to Frank Thornton. This formed a great
deal of the information Michael Collins used for the Squad's raids on Bloody Sunday.
